Gelato Catering in Salt Lake City
Vinci Authentic Gelato caters events across the Salt Lake Valley, starting at a $900 minimum and running $7.20 to $9.00 per guest. We make our gelato in small batches at our shop in Provo and bring the cart north for weddings, corporate events and parties in Salt Lake City and the surrounding cities. A two-person team, two hours of service, setup and full cleanup are included, and there is no service charge.

Weddings
A gelato cart works as the dessert instead of cake, alongside cake, or as a late-night surprise once dancing has started. We serve receptions in halls, barns, lawns and backyards across the valley.
Corporate and private events
We also cater employee appreciation days, holiday parties, client events, open houses and school events. The cart fits in a lobby, a breakroom or a parking lot.

$900 minimum. $7.20 to $9.00 per guest, and the rate comes down as your guest count goes up.
No service charge. A two-person team, two hours of service, setup and full cleanup are in the price — not added at the end. The number we quote is the number you pay.
