Wedding Gelato Catering in Utah
Vinci Authentic Gelato caters weddings across Utah County and the Salt Lake Valley, starting at a $900 minimum and running $7.20 to $9.00 per guest. We bring an Italian gelato cart, gelato made in small batches at our shop in Provo, and a two-person team for two hours of service with full setup and cleanup included — and no service charge. It is the dessert your guests will still be talking about on the drive home.
We are not a dessert table you have to manage. We bring the cart, we bring a two-person team, and we serve your guests for two hours while you are busy being married.
Where gelato fits in a wedding
Couples use us three ways, and all three work:
- Instead of cake. Keep a small cutting cake for photos and let the cart feed everyone else.
- Alongside cake. Guests who skip cake almost never skip gelato.
- Late in the night. A cart that opens an hour into dancing pulls everyone back onto the floor.

Choosing your flavors
Most couples build a menu with a couple of classics, something chocolate, something fruit, and one flavor that means something to them. We will walk you through the current menu when you request a quote.
Indoors, outdoors, barns and backyards
The cart is mobile and self-contained. We have served receptions in halls, in barns, on lawns and in backyards. Tell us where your venue is and what the setup looks like, and we will tell you exactly what we need from the space.
Venues we serve
We travel across Utah County and the Salt Lake Valley — Provo, Orem, Lehi, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Highland, Alpine, Springville, Spanish Fork, Draper, Sandy and Salt Lake City. If your venue is further out, ask us.
What it costs
$900 minimum. $7.20 to $9.00 per guest, and the rate comes down as your guest count goes up.
No service charge. A two-person team, two hours of service, setup and full cleanup are in the price — not added at the end. The number we quote is the number you pay.

When should we book?
As early as you have a date. Saturdays in spring and summer book first. Short-notice events can usually be accommodated, but they carry a premium, because we pay our team more to staff an event on short notice.
How long do you serve?
Two hours is standard. Longer windows are quoted individually.
