Gelato Catering in Provo & Utah County
Vinci Authentic Gelato brings an Italian gelato cart to weddings, corporate events and parties across Provo and Utah County. Pricing runs $7.20 to $9.00 per guest with a $900 minimum, and includes four flavors (six for events of 250 guests or more), two hours of service, a two-person team, and full setup and cleanup.
We make our gelato in small batches at our shop at 490 N Freedom Boulevard in Provo. It is not ice cream brought in from a distributor. It is dense, slow-churned Italian gelato, and it is the thing your guests talk about on the drive home.
How it works
We arrive before your guests do and set up the cart wherever you want it — a reception hall, a backyard, a parking lot, an office lobby. Our team serves for two hours straight, keeps the station clean, and packs out afterward. You do not lift anything, scoop anything or clean anything.

Where we serve
We cater events across Utah County and the Salt Lake Valley, including Provo, Orem, Lehi, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Springville, Spanish Fork, Highland, Alpine, Saratoga Springs, Draper, Sandy and Salt Lake City. If your venue sits outside that area, tell us where it is and we will confirm whether we can get there.
What it costs
$900 minimum. $7.20 to $9.00 per guest, and the rate comes down as your guest count goes up.
No service charge. A two-person team, two hours of service, setup and full cleanup are in the price — not added at the end. The number we quote is the number you pay.

Do you set up and clean up?
Yes, both are included. We arrive early to set up and we pack out completely when service ends.
How long do you serve?
Two hours is standard. If your event runs longer, tell us and we will quote it.
Do we need to provide anything?
Just a spot for the cart. We bring the gelato, the cups, the spoons, the napkins and the people.
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as you have a date. Saturdays in wedding season fill first. Short-notice events can usually be accommodated, but they carry a premium, because we pay our team more to staff an event on short notice.
